The AGP Program aims to cultivate future leaders by focusing on comprehensive development and targeted skill enhancement. It offers a curriculum and extracurricular system designed to support applications to both British and American universities. The program is dedicated to helping students gain admission to prestigious institutions such as Oxford and Cambridge in the UK, as well as Ivy League schools in the US and other world-renowned universities recognised for excellence in their respective fields. A key aspect of the program is its emphasis on individualized development, ensuring that students have a clear career plan before entering university. Students are encouraged to engage in in-depth learning and explore their potential professional fields.

The program also includes the “Think Ivy Project”， which provides specialised and high-quality courses to assist students with their applications to Ivy League schools. Course modules cover a variety of topics, including original English reading and critical thinking, personal project design for extracurricular activities, extracurricular drama club, exploration of majors and universities, and interview skills practice. Additionally, the program features a resource pool of Ivy League mentors from the top 10 US universities, offering standardised courses and one-on-one tutoring. A unique team of foreign Ivy League expert advisors is also available to assist students with their applications and overall planning.
